I'm a primary care sports medicine physician and 4-time Ironman triathlete. I've been a part of the Ironman World Championships medical team since 1999, a team physician with USA Triathlon's National team, and medical director of several triathlons including the San Diego ITU triathlons in 2011 and 2012.
